Minnesota at the Arnold

This is a brief update on some of the impact Minnesota powerlifters had at the Arnold Classic this year.
There were four different powerlifting events that went on throughout the weekend. Leading off were Tony Reid, Brad Madvig, and Jim Cahill in the raw meet

MN STATE OPEN 2008

MN state open has come and gone and it was mixed with some expected results and some surprises. The meet was set at The Press Gym in Little Canada. With the renovations over the past year and moving to a new location The Press Gym has put on some fantastic events. Here are some of the highlights as I saw them that day.

Hate mail and reporting on MN events.

Hello everyone, I received an odd email as of late and I am not sure what to make of it. The basic question was why I have not reported a variety of events that MN lifters have gone to. When I get emails like this I am often times pleased as it shows people are interested in the website and what is reported there.

Gary's Gym/Jackal's Gym and the NFL

Gary's (Grahn) Gym and Jackal's Gym learned that member Jake Nordin from Lake Lillian, MN will be activated for the Raven's game against Pittsburgh.

Dennis Green Interview
